The PSOE of Alguazas has demanded, in a video broadcast in media and social networks, the resignation of the spokesman of the political group Unidad X Alguazas, José Gabriel García Bernabé, for the false accusations leveled against the socialist mayor of Alguazas, Blas Ángel Ruipérez Peñalver.
"This man has publicly accused me of crimes of embezzlement, corruption and corruption, saying that for years he has been removing cars from the public highway and charging illegally, and accuses us of swindling the residents of Alguazas," explains Ruipérez.
These alleged criminal actions were reported by the spokesperson of UXA on April 18, 2018 before the Prosecutor of the Region of Murcia, who decided to file the complaint "for not observing any evidence of crime," according to the Prosecutor's own letter.
Therefore, before these very serious accusations, now lying by the Prosecutor's Office, the PSOE Alguazas demands the resignation of the UXA spokesman as a councilor of the City of Alguazas.
"It is intolerable that a public representative spreads these false accusations, for the damage they can cause not only to my person, but to the City Council and its workers."
In addition, the Alguaceño mayor has announced that he will take all the legal measures he deems appropriate to avoid this type of situation.
It is important to remember that this is not the first time that the spokesperson of UXA does something like this: he was already condemned in 2015 for slandering another councilor of Alguazas City Council.
"We just want the exercise of politics in Alguazas to be honest and transparent, regardless of the hatred and lies of this man and his group," Ruipérez concludes.
