The Mayor of Alguazas, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, and the Councillor for Culture, Isabel Zamora, visited the show "Christmas in philately" of alguaceño Ulpiano Celiz.
The exhibition is until March in the exhibition hall of the Torre del Obispo, located in the hamlet alguaceña of The Spot.
Each authority was visited in the Old Tower, where the author explained the exhibition being very satisfied with the philatelic exhibition.
In which, according to Ulpian himself Celiz was collected stamps representative, all under the common theme of Christmas, not to follow a chronological order.
For its part, Isabel Zamora, emphasized that since the Department of Culture of Alguazas is to "encourage visits to the exhibition in general all you want, and in particular students from schools in Alguazas."
The Old Tower on the third floor includes a series of stamps in which you can see the year that were removed, the number of copies were issued, the author of the image that represents and where to find it.
An example that can delight the visitor is, among the fine selection, "The Adoration of the Magi" by Peter Paul Rubens.
