The new government team reports to the Municipal Corporation of the distribution of Councillors and Mayor Holdings (01/07/2011)

The start of the current Municipal Alguazas Legislature has materialized in practice with the celebration early in the afternoon of Friday, July 1, an extraordinary session by the new Local Corporation out the polls last May 22 and made up of eight Councillors of the Partido Popular, PSOE 3 and 2 of the new party of Unity for Alguazas municipal court.

The first item on the agenda discussed in this extraordinary plenary session highlighted the making of knowledge by the local corporation of the constitution of the 3 political groups (Popular Socialist Unity for Alguazas) that form the Consistory in this present Legislature 2011-2015 .

With the votes of the Aldermen's Party and the opposite position of the socialist mayor and Unity for Alguazas, the Consistory alguaceño has brought forward a second issue: the proposed resolution to establish the periodicity of ordinary sessions of the Plenary being set it every two months and relapsing day of celebration as the last Thursday of the odd month, at 21:00.

-At the extraordinary plenary session developed this Friday, July 1, also has noticed the corporate members of the Resolutions of the Mayor-President concerning the appointment of both Deputy Mayor (in this order, and in turn members of the Local Government alguaceño Hall, Francisco Javier Gambín García, María Dolores Ruiz Serna, María Dolores Hernández García and José Manuel Caballero Gil) and Councillors, delegates (those in the above relapsing Francisco Javier García-Gambín Urbanism, Environment and Personal - María Dolores Ruiz Serna, Health, Business and Commerce, and Citizen Participation), María Dolores García-Hernández Social Services, Senior Citizens and Equal-Fernando Garcia-Almagro Police and Civil Protection, Public Safety and Management Road Works Services, Parks and Gardens, Joaquin Lopez-Verdú Youth, Sports, Celebration, New Technologies and Communication-Felisa Isabel Zamora Palacios-Education and Culture, Training and Employment and Tourism, José Manuel Caballero-Gil and districts Agriculture and Water- and Mayor-President, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, assuming the portfolio of finance-).

-The fourth point of this extraordinary plenary session was covered by the approval, with the votes of the elected "popular", the opponents of the PSOE and the abstention of the Unit for Alguazas Councillors, the delegation of powers to the Plenary Municipal Government Board, set up by the Mayor and Deputy Mayor 4.

-Another proposal also has received the majority approval of the Consistory alguaceño (with the favorable position of the communes 'popular' and socialist and abstention by Alguazas Unit) has been related to the creation and composition of the Standing Advisory Committees, getting under way for this current Legislature's Special Policy statements and reports of Finance and Internal Affairs and the Planning and Environment and the Sector Policy and Social Welfare Commissions all consultative and set each for 2 Aldermen's Party and another for each group of the opposition, that is, by Alguazas PSOE and Unity.

-In addition to the plenary body has given its approval, too, with the support of the council of PP and the non-socialist-Alguazas Unity for the appointment of representatives of the local corporation in various colleges of municipal, county and regional levels, as come to be the Municipal School Board, the Commonwealth of Channels Taibilla, the Consortium for Fire Fighting and Rescue Region of Murcia, the Consortium for the construction and financing of the heated indoor pool of the locality, the Center for Teaching Secondary "Vega Media" Alguazas, the Consortium of Solid Waste in the Region of Murcia, the Joint Committee on Regional Entity or the cleansing and purifying the Association for Rural Development in the towns of the Vega Media del Segura.

-The climax to this extraordinary session of the Municipal Corporation has put Alguazas approval-with votes in favor of "popular" and the opposition PSOE and Alguazas-Unit for the appointment of public officials to perform at City Hall in solitary or part-time and the system of remuneration to be received by them.

Thus, these emoluments have been distributed as follows:

¾-day Dedication by Mayor-President: 17,292.80 euros gross per year.

Part-time, ½-time by Councilmembers Almagro Fernando Garcia, head of the Areas of Police and Civil Protection, Public Safety and Management Road Works, Services, Parks and Gardens) and Isabel Zamora Palacios, which provides the aforementioned competencies of Education and Culture, Training and Employment and Tourism, receiving each of these elected officials a gross amount of 12,881.40 euros per year.

Total-time dedication to full-time for Joaquín López Verdú, Councillor Delegate of Youth, Sports, Celebration, New Technologies and Communication, receiving a gross annual budget of 22,820 euros.

-On the other hand, members of the Municipal Corporation that do not have part-time or receive $ 50 for attending each regular session to convene the House Local and 129 euros for each Board meeting that the Government develop a routine basis.

-By agreement at the same regular plenary session of the City of Alguazas has been deleted also the annual financial allocation 3,900 euros in the previous Legislature had been giving to the political groups represented in the Consistory in the form of attention to their institutional representation expenses public and neighborhood.

In the words of Mayor alguaceño, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, these fees are reasonable and consistent with the actual situation of the municipality, while addressing the unfavorable situation of economic crisis facing our country, about pay, in short, well below in any case the average existing in Murcia and other towns to those in the previous stage of the Government, not exceeding the same for the current Legislature this year compared with € 107,000 the 113,000 of office 2007-2011.
