As every year, around this time, the Department of Parks and Gardens Alguazas council has launched the work of pruning the mulberry trees.
In total, the Brigade of Works and Services will cut off over a thousand trees.
The aim is to ensure that the mulberry trees are sufficiently grown in summer and so ensure the shadow areas in the gardens and streets of the town.
The tour has started pruning the square of Enrique Tierno Galvan and will be similar to last year.
Be cut mulberry branches in areas of the Orchard Upstairs, the road and street Olivar León Felipe.
Councilman Parks and Gardens, Fernando Almagro, also has qualified mulberry trees pruned in the ways of the place and the other parks and plazas, as well as other streets in the municipality of Alguazas.
