UXA promotes Alguazas collect signatures to support popular initiative against evictions (31/10/2012)

An ILP PAH promoted by several organizations and aims to reach the House of Representatives to amend the existing Mortgage Act.

UXA is collecting signatures from neighbors who adhere to the proposal.

Unit for Alguazas shows his more caring side to people who need it most and suffer the ordeal of a society designed by both major political parties to help banks and leave some citizens defenseless increasingly vulnerable.

UXA accuses the PP who has no intention whatsoever to change the current rules governing the mortgage fee system and, more worryingly, "a law that was made in 1909," more than a century ago.

Without going any further, independents alguaceños filed a motion last year to help the council evicted people, but the PP has not shown signs of wanting to help abandoned and left all the families who have been evicted in the village last year.

A Popular Legislative Initiative (ILP) promoted by organizations such as PAH, CCOO, CONFAVC, DESC and UGT aims to fill the House of Representatives of citizens' signatures to request a change in the rules that allows banks leaving thousands of families on the street and homeless.

The initiative, entitled "Do not be mortgaged life", proposed a bill to regulate the payment in kind, to halt evictions and social rent.

Half a million signatures are needed for the General Committee discussed whether the initiative should be consulted by the Spanish to carry it out.

Since then, "a piece by Alguazas you think an initiative that should have been taken years ago by politicians, and unclaimed by citizens" claimed our spokesman, José Gabriel García.

Aware of the problem, UXA is taking care of collecting signatures from neighbors Alguazas to promote this initiative and reach the minimum requirements to reach the Congress of Deputies.

In the last three years, there have been 350,000 foreclosures, with an average of 526 daily evictions.

This drama has led to suicide and poverty to thousands of Spanish, some chilling data and embarrass us in front of Europe.

"Neither the PSOE and the PP have been proposed rule changes, while allowing banks to write off debts political parties, thousands of families are evicted and dispossessed of their homes by banks speculative" Bernabe Garcia says, adding that "the citizens are in a completely defenseless against the banks. "

Drive by Alguazas is immoral citizens with our money to rescue them bad managers of banks and savings banks-placed politicians-and then they end up with the social life of many thousands.

In fact, the judges and prosecutors have raised their voices to this dramatic situation and said that "banks have become the courts in their collection offices" and criticized the continued exercise allowing these banks bad practices.

Moreover, they conclude, "the Code of Practice introduced by the government has been a failure because it does not solve the real problems and there are few people who are eligible for the minimum requirements."
