At noon on Friday, January 24th, the Town of Alguazas hosted the presentation of the 2014 Regional Championship Run in Single Route and Club, that featured representatives of the institutions promoting the initiative as were the Mayor of the town, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, the President of the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia (FAMU), Juan Manuel Molina Morote, and Councilman Sports City of the host population, Joaquín López Verdú.
