The Participatory Budgeting process will be launched next Tuesday, February 4 for the fourth consecutive year |
The Participatory Budget 2020 in Alguazas will be launched next Tuesday, February 4, the day the first citizen assembly will take place.
The dates and places of these Citizen Assemblies, divided into three zones of the municipality, are as follows:
- Tuesday, February 4: Town.

- Tuesday, February 11: Barrio del Carmen.

- Tuesday, February 18: Pedanías: El Paraje, Huerta de Arriba and Las Pullas.

The Assemblies will be held from 8:30 p.m.
All residents over 16 years old, duly accredited, can participate in these Citizen Assemblies and freely present their proposals.
«Participatory Budgets are an experience in which the citizen can record, directly and simply, what are the needs and concerns of their municipality.
We encourage all the neighbors to participate and, thus, decide what part of the municipal budget is invested in, â€said Juan Antonio López Ribera, Councilor for Transparency and Good Government of the Alguazas City Council.
