On Saturday, February 29, Alguazas celebrates its traditional Carnival parade, which will depart from the cemetery esplanade at 4:30 p.m.

The participating clubs and groups are: Peña "El Molinico Alguaceño", AMPA of the CAI and Infant School "Reina Sofía", Majorettes "Galilea", Peña "Bailaló", Rhythmic Club Alguazas, "Save oceans, rivers, seas Vega Media", Dance and Theater Association "Broadway", Peña Armonía, CEIP "Monte Anaor", "Science in your hands" (CEIP Our Lady of Carmen) and the Queens and Ladies of the Patron Festivities 2019.

Consuelo Asís Aráez, Councilor for Local Associations of the City of Alguazas, wanted to express her gratitude to all the participants and remember that «it is our clubs and associations, year after year, that make the Carnival win in participation and fun».
