In order to guarantee the completion of the main tax procedures from home and continue with the activity of the municipal offices - suspended on the occasion of Covid-19 -, the Alguazas City Council has approved the identification system for carrying out tax procedures for electronic means through the virtual tax office, with which taxpayers can operate on their tax account with all security guarantees, without requiring the Electronic Certificate or the Dni-e.
This resolution, approved as one of the extraordinary measures to face the health crisis caused by the Covid-19, complies with the aim of facilitating to the maximum the access to citizens, from home, to the telematic processing channels, from where They will be able to pay their receipts, opt for fractionation plans, consult their tax situation, access notifications, applications, etc.
The system is activated by following a few simple steps.
First, the Identification and Registration is carried out, for which the citizen will make a phone call to 968 38 82 64 where the telematic attention staff will confirm their identity through a series of control questions and answers.
Always complying with the regulations of the Activation Protocol, the user password will be requested, for which the telephone manager will ask the citizen for an email address, where the necessary instructions will be sent to proceed with the Activation. of the Clave.
Once the citizen already has his secure authentication key, he will only have to access the Virtual Tax Office through https://alguazas.tributoslocales.es and complete the process.
The activation of this authentication system will make it easier for taxpayers to continue to be provided uninterruptedly, both through the Virtual Tax Office and by telephone, while at the same time dealing with the economic and social impact caused by Covid. -19.
