The municipal program for the prevention, monitoring and control of these two situations has adapted to this new reality.

These actions are intended to prevent disassociation from work routines and task assignments that the teaching teams of the educational centers have indicated to them online or by phone.The measures contemplated are the following:Control of the educational actions carried out by the students who already have an open absenteeism file.Improvement of established communication channels, with families with whom this work has not been possible.Support for teaching with students with whom it has not been possible to establish contact.Monitoring of the fulfillment of objectives according to the case.Intermediation between students and teachers in the absence of any material or academic doubts.Develop study techniques and planning educational objectives.Strategies on how to organize a study / work schedule and create the work habit.Online educational resources and motivational videos.Academic and professional orientation."This service offers guidelines to the families of minors for addressing behavioral problems, activities that can benefit the acquisition of healthy habits and routines, and how to promote motivation through communication, agreement and positive reinforcement," he points out.
