| This Plan contains 37 measures agreed by the three political groups in the Plenary Session of the Alguazas City Council | The Economic Reactivation Plan of Alguazas after the health crisis of COVID-19 is already a reality.
In the last three plenary sessions of the consistory (Ordinary Plenary of April 28, 2020, Ordinary Plenary of June 30, 2020 and Urgent Extraordinary Plenary of June 8, 2020), the municipal political groups have worked, debated and agreed on a series of measures with which to reactivate the economy and social life of the municipality of Alguazas after the health crisis of COVID-19.After the plenary session last Tuesday, June 30, in which the last package of measures was debated, the Plan is already fully defined.
These are 37 concrete measures, grouped into 7 blocks: 1) social plan against poverty and care for the elderly, 2) measures in the field of education, 3) measures for the development of local commerce, 4) tax measures, 5 ) exceptional budgetary measures, 6) health and social measures, and 7) Plan monitoring committee."In this Economic Reactivation Plan, the participation of all political groups has been encouraged, from the municipal government, because in the face of such an exceptional situation as the one we have experienced, our duty, as representatives of our neighbors, was to work to facilitate the life of alguaceños and alguaceñas during and after the COVID-19 crisis.
All this joint effort has resulted in a very realistic Economic Reactivation Plan, very adjusted to the reality of our people, and which will serve to articulate a better municipal scenario after this health emergency, "explains Blas Ángel Ruipérez Peñalver, Mayor of the City Council of Alguazas.The spokesperson for the Municipal People's Group, Silvia Ruiz Serna, has said that “in the last plenary session, several points of the Economic Reactivation Plan against COVID-19 were approved.
Points that undoubtedly along with the rest will serve to help the neighbors and boost the economy of the municipality.
This plan has been drawn up and the three political groups have worked on it for the good of Alguazas.
Some points are already running, we hope that it has a good acceptance among the neighbors.For his part, the spokesperson for the Unidad X Alguazas group, José Gabriel García Bernabé, stated that "this situation of health crisis was not expected by anyone and what our neighbors required was a union of all politicians to help the most vulnerable people and companies to get through this situation as soon as possible.
From UxA we have been clear from the first moment, and hence our collaboration and willingness to develop an ambitious reactivation plan in which we have contributed about twenty proposals.
It has been a great achievement to reach a unity pact where all the groups have agreed on all the proposals presented.
