| The mayor of Urban Planning, Juan León Carrasco, speeds up the procedures for compliance with the ordinance on cleaning lots | The Town Planning Councilor of the Alguazas City Council wants to keep all the plots in the urban area in an optimal state of health to comply with the municipal ordinance.

From the first day, procedures have been streamlined to initiate execution orders for individuals to clean their plots.The City Council reminds that it is the obligation of the owners to keep the lots clean and, in case of not doing so, the cleaning of the same by the consistory will be carried out, together with the corresponding sanction.Councilor Juan León has stated that "we are at the end of July and we know that these cleanings must be ordered many months before the summer season, next year the files will begin in the first months of the year to avoid the risk of fire, bad smells and the proliferation of rodents due to high temperatures ”.The mayor adds that any owner who requires help to carry out the cleaning can appear in person or request it from the City Council and personalized attention will be given to facilitate compliance.The government team is demanding that the owners be cleaned, but it is also beginning to set an example for the citizens, and during these days municipal plots and brush and scrubs have been cleaned in public roads and ramps.
