The government team meets with the technical drafting of the PGMOU to study the state it is in and to advance its final approval.The General Urban Planning Plan has been on the table for many years to be definitively approved and today a working meeting has been called to analyze the state it is in and move forward with administrative procedures.
The PGMOU was provisionally approved for the seventh time in 2017, and a year later, twenty-three objections were received from the CARM to be corrected.At the meeting, the objections presented were analyzed and work began contemplating the change of link of the Arco Noroeste highway to give direct access to the municipality, a claim shared by businessmen, neighbors and local government.
The general planning of the municipality has also been studied and analyzed.
In the coming months it is intended to settle the change of the Northwest Arc, which is the starting point to present a definitive General Plan.At the meeting were the mayor of Urban Planning, Juan León, the Mayor, Silvia Ruíz, the first Deputy Mayor, José Gabriel García, the municipal technician and the editor of the Plan.
Everyone's commitment is to move forward so that in the coming months we can present a definitive proposal once all the deparations and the link to the highway have been corrected.
