After more than three years in office, the Popular Party has not solved the problem of giant puddle at the entrance of town on the Carretera de Molina, nor have taken steps to prevent flooding of the underpass.
After the rains we suffered last week, the Socialist Party, like many neighbors, wondering what has to happen for our mayor and council take any action on it and decide to solve these problems.
Will you need to think of some personal misfortune?
It is not just to flood the entrance to the town and the underpass when it rains a bit more than usual, but there are streets in the town that acts as a wadi, or rafts, causing various injuries to a large number of neighbors.
For now, the government team has not budged on this issue.
Why do we want that precious storms tank if water is standing in the underpass at the entrance to Alguazas, streets, squares or in the homes and garages of the neighbors?
Is not it time to take serious measures to tackle a problem known to all that affects us all?
It would be nice that some of our tax money (yes, those that have already risen seven times with the PP) was invested in the basic infrastructure for Alguazas.
If nothing is done immediately, and it seems that there is no intention by the PP government team, "Alguazas neighbors will remain hostage to the vagaries of climate.
And, now, we can give thanks that has not happened yet nothing serious.
But it is not prudent nor acceptable, for the slovenliness of our Mayor, our people continue to tempt fate on this issue.
