Two people have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of drug trafficking
150 cannabis sativa plants and all the necessary elements for its cultivation have been seized

The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed the operation "FACHADAS", an investigation established to prosecute drug trafficking, which has allowed to dismantle a clandestine indoor marijuana greenhouse composed of 150 plants that had been enabled in a house in Alguazas .
The agents have detained the two tenants of the house as alleged perpetrators of drug trafficking and electric power fraud.
The Benemérita began the operation last December, when, within the services developed to prevent and prosecute drug trafficking, it was detected that a house in Alguazas could be growing cannabis sativa.
The researchers established a complex monitoring device to observe and identify the residents of the house, as well as obtain indications about the possible planting of marijuana.
Finally, once the illicit activity related to drug trafficking was verified, the Civil Guard, in collaboration with the Local Police of Alguazas, has developed the exploitation phase of the operation.
After judicial authorization, the agents have made the entry and registration of the house, in which a clandestine greenhouse installed for the illicit cultivation of marijuana has been dismantled.
The agents have seized 150 plants of cannabis sativa, as well as all the necessary elements to develop illicit activity clarified, such as lighting, heating, ventilation and irrigation devices.
During the registration it was also detected that the electricity supply came from an illegal connection.
The exploitation phase has culminated with the arrest of the two residents of the house, which was rented, as alleged perpetrators of the crimes of drug trafficking and defrauding electric power.
In addition, one of them is allegedly responsible for the crime of burglary.
The investigation shows that the now detained, allegedly, had rented the property, in addition to reside, to enable an indoor type greenhouse in order to produce marijuana, manipulate and distribute it retail in the region of Vega Media.
The arrested a man and a woman, Spaniards, of 32 and 35 years and neighbors of Alguazas, the drug apprehended, the recovered effects and the educated diligences have been made available to the Court of Instruction number 5 of Molina de Segura (Murcia).
