The church of San Onofre was packed with hundreds of neighbors Alguazas who participated in the homily, in the wreath and the procession of the Virgin of the Immaculate Conception.
The alguaceños, as usual in the city, celebrated the festival of La Purisima.
So last Tuesday, December 7, after the conclusion of the Mass, officiated by the parish priest of the church of San Onofre, Carlos Vicente Molina Lopez, was the flower offering to the Virgin of the Immaculate Conception.
The event was attended by hundreds of local residents and representatives of associations and groups Alguazas to deliver flowers to the Virgin, so that the temple of San Onofre was packed.
Among those present were staff members municipal government, the mayor of Alguazas, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, the councilor of Celebration, Silvia Ruiz, and the Councillor of Finance, Alicia Parejo.
On Wednesday, December 8 at 11:30 pm and has officiated at a Mass in the parish of San Onofre, in honor of the Virgin and an hour later, alguaceños accompanied her in procession through the streets of the town.
The throne was decorated with white roses the day before had offered the alguaceños and at the end of the procession were collecting those present.
In the Mass and procession on Wednesday, were also among the hundreds of residents, municipal authorities and the mayor, the councilors of Celebration and Finance and the Civil Protection Councilman, Fernando Almagro, and the Councillor of Social Services, Dori Bermudez .
