Infant School Reina Sofia expands its number of seats, with two new units, through a collaboration agreement between the City of Alguazas and Regional Government.
The agreement was approved by a resolution adopted by the board of the Regional Government, on Friday.
This expansion of facilities for this course has increased the number of places for children between 0 and 3 years.
Thus, said Mayor Alguazas, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, this investment has covered the shortfall in existing kindergarten places in the municipality.
In this regard he recalled that in 2006-2007 some children were left without them.
All these works have had an investment of over € 1,000,000.
Also 40 of the seats offered from the Centre for Child Care (ISC) which has two classrooms for infants and two children aged 1 year.

The investment under this collaboration agreement has been over 204,000 euros which has brought the Autonomous Region in full by the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment for the expansion of the units.
Also for remodeling the kitchen and dining the executive council has decided to allocate about 131,000 of Plan E.
