An order of the Director of Public Works and Land gives free rein to rearrange nearly 180,000 square meters in the municipality Vistahermosa environment.
The Director of Public Works and Planning of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, enacted by Order dated 24 November last year and published this Friday, January 7, in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, gives final approval to the Amendment Number 14 of the Rules Alguazas Subsidiaries to enable the Local Town Hall to develop a Special Plan Zoning Adjustment which will aim to rearrange 179,675 meters square corresponding to about 180 plots of land for development of residential and dotacional.
Under this specific urban planning, which will be managed by the cooperative and who comes to dealing with a situation in fact existed since the late 70's of last century, "the City alguaceño proceed with the drafting of relevant land subdivision projects in this sector Vistahermosa developable site northwest of town and nestled in a natural setting rich landscape and protected from any environmental impact which includes places like the Monte Anaor and the head of the Zobrina.
In this sense, the said Special Plan Vistahermosa Zoning Adjustment, approved provisionally by the Municipal Corporation today in its plenary session held on July 10, 2008, and as definitively by the aforesaid Order of the Minister of Public Works and Planning Planning of the Murcia regional government, will consider for development of infrastructures and basic services of water supply, sanitation, rainwater collectors, telecommunications, street lighting, street cleaning and also the creation of access roads (especially with Highway MU-533), parks, bike paths and spaces separate collection of waste going to do a minimum area of 7,187 meters square referred to as a General System of Open Spaces.

Also, the City will turn over the use of that undeveloped sector of the General System of Open Spaces, Environmental Protection and Improvement, other sectors of urban development, in this way without causing any harm to the owners of plots of the enclave.
