Among the participants this was the Councillor for Culture of the City of Alguazas, Isabel Zamora.

Alguazas sixty neighbors have visited the Museum of the City of Murcia and the exhibitions that are part of Fotoencuentros: "The family and food in Europe" and "domestic scenes."

Among those present was the Councillor for Culture of the City alguaceño, Isabel Zamora.

The Department of Culture of the Consistory of Alguazas organized this activity is part of the initiative: "Learn about the natural areas in the Region, which this year is the fourth edition takes place in the municipality, due to great success and acceptance obtained.

The group left on a bus Alguazas that the City made available free of charge for participants.

The museum came into two groups and were led by a guide who explained everything about the sample.

All attendees were very satisfied with the cultural event.

So in "Meet the natural areas in the Region have undertaken other cultural activities such as trips to museums, exhibitions and monuments, among others.

The main objectives are to achieve to bring culture to the citizens and are able to know the resources available in the Region of Murcia.

Thus the alguaceños have moved this past year, 2010, the Region of Murcia and Orihuela, to see the exhibition of Alfonso X the Wise, the museum house of Miguel Hernández, the convent of Santo Domingo, the Museum of Ethnic Music Barranda (Caravaca de la Cruz).

Also, as a climax for this past 2010 it prepared a tour of the convent of Las Claras de Murcia.

The exhibition is held to commemorate the birth centenary of the artist.

It takes its name from a poem by Francisco Brines, teaches why and how classical art was Ramón Gaya and what he called more attention from the great masters.

This displays paintings by artists such as Velazquez, Goya, Rembrandt, Sorolla and Picasso, among others.

Finally, the next event to be held will be the trip to the city of La Union.

Will be in March and participants will discover the charms of this city as the Sierra Minera, some landmark buildings and the Mining Museum opened in 2001.
