Coinciding with events taking place in the Parish of San Onofre for Christmas Child on Sunday December 18th Association of Bugles and Drums Band Samaritan Alguazas organized the food drive 'For a Kilic I die ...'.
A campaign to collect non-perishable food which also helped the musical group Band of Bugles and Drums Virgen del Carmen, Caritas Alguazas and the City of Alguazas.
In order to distribute food to those most in need, the band Samaritan had the idea of ​​musical appeal of the city's main avenues to quickly joined the band Virgen del Carmen.
The latter began its journey in the neighborhood and the Samaritan in the rest of the town, to remain outside any neighbor collection.
The parade lasted about an hour, and he displayed an original bands repertoire of carols which ended at 12:00 pm with the meeting of both in the church door.
The Samaritan woman president of the band, Adrian Cano Lopez stated intention to celebrate this collection during the next Christmas, as was a complete success.
