The council approved the implementation of the Electronic Office from the first quarter of 2012.
Through the web, the Internet opens the session 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
From the first quarter of 2012, the City of Alguazas will add to the e-Administration, also known as e-Government, and aims to facilitate public access to the city council over the Internet.
This is one of the biggest bets of the council for New Technologies, delegated Councillor Joaquín López Verdú.
So far, the official website of Alguazas, www.alguazas.es, is a site created to provide information to citizens.
But thanks to the opening passage of the Electronic Office, the website will have an application so that citizens can, from home, access your files and consultation.
Electronic Headquarters has the backing of the Municipal Corporation, and was approved unanimously by Extraordinary Plenary on 27 December.
The e-Government will facilitate those residents who wish, voluntarily and completely free, relate to the council via the Internet.
With this platform can meet the processing status of your records, submit requests and receive notifications on any field.
For the e-Government includes all the departments of the session and all management services offered to citizens, from Planning and Sports to local police.
Since mid-November, the City of Alguazas working on this project, which includes training of all staff work well as the implementation of electronic records management.
The main objective is to advance the administration closer to citizens.
The advantages of electronically linked not only reflected in saving paper, ink and space, also fully extend the hours of the council, keeping it open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
