A total of 15 people participate from today until March 15 in the course "Basic Office Automation and Internet," organized by the Club of the Third Age in collaboration with the departments of Education and Employment and the Elderly of the City of Alguazas.
For a month the students will learn to become familiar with the different elements of a computer, get the basics on how to prepare documents and how to navigate the network.
The course will pay particular attention to the Internet and its applications in daily life, for what will be taught to use communication tools such as Outlook, email, chats and instant messenger, among others.
In this way, students can make appointments at the health center through the network or know the schedule of activities of the City of Alguazas.
Funded by the European program Leader, the course of 30 hours is developing in the morning in the computer room of the municipal library.
