The exhibition hall of the Old Tower of Alguazas, hosts until June 24, the exhibition of paintings by Salvador Hernandez, "The 7th" where the artist tries to immerse the viewer in a dream world, floating in a disturbing and eerie calm.
Through his works, the painter Murcia, shows its dramatic landscape and vision, which could be better continuity of English Romanticism (represented by Turner or Friedrich) but apart from figurative and academic aspects of the time and catching the purest dramatic essence of the spirit that gave life to those oils.
Alguazas Mayor Jose Antonio Fernandez Lladó, accompanied by the Councillor for Agriculture and Water, Jose Manuel Gil Knight, was on hand to inaugurate the exhibition on 28 April.
Salvador Hernandez Sanchez (Murcia, 1966), self-taught painter, working in the design and production of products with Artepal (handmade paper).
Since 2004 he has participated in solo and group exhibitions in galleries and cultural centers in different municipalities of the Region of Murcia and Madrid.
