The judge has ruled in an order the dismissal of an alleged crime of insulting the mayor of UXA against the company in a PP councilor.
Independents won their first battle in the courts.
From the Popular Party desperately seeking Alguazas an argument that undermines the support that UXA is having on the citizens and the opposition made in the session.
Since the founding of the independent party, the PP members are dedicated to file complaints and allegations in court against the spokesman and chairman of this party.
