The Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, today chaired the meeting of the Coordination Commission for Territorial Policy that reported favorably on the General Urban Plan of Alguazas.
"The assessment of the plan by the Commission, is a requirement prior to final approval by the competent authority," the director.
Yolanda Muñoz explained that this report has been positive as possible after receipt of a mandatory reports mainly from Central Government on roads, environment and water resources, which have been incorporated into urban record for further processing.
The Planning Policy Committee consists of representatives of the regional administration and the Federation of Municipalities, which was also attended by local representatives as listeners.
Its mission is to inform urban records prior to final approval, as appropriate, shall be for the municipalities or the Governing Council.
