With the favorable report of the technical committee

composed of members of the Regional Government

and the Federation of Municipalities of the Region of Murcia

The highest standard of urban planning Alguazas Township is one step away from final approval and that the viability of the local general plan already has the favorable report of the Commission responsible for Regional Policy Coordination gathered for the occasion this past Thursday , March 21.

As noted by the Director General of Planning and Housing and the then President of the Technical Committee composed of representatives from both the regional government and the Federation of Municipalities of the Region of Murcia, Yolanda Muñoz Gómez, "Evaluation of the General Urban Plan of Alguazas by the body which I head is a requirement prior to final approval by the competent authority ".

Yolanda Munoz explained that approval to the municipal urban planning alguaceño prior to final approval either by the local council or by the Council of Regional Government, has been possible after receipt of a mandatory reports mainly from Central Government on roads, environment and water resources, which have been incorporated into urban record for further processing.
