With the cooperation of the Department of Education

the city council, this project has developed training

an extensive program of sports and leisure activities

CEPAIM Caixa Foundation Pro-Child, which has been developing, in coordination with the Department of Education of the City of Alguazas, a program for educational support and alternative leisure with children, has been working with children in the municipality throughout the school year 2012/2013.

This program has culminated in the launch of a Summer School which is located in the CEIP Monte Anaor of the town, has had the participation of a total of 78 children aged 3 to 12 years, during the school year, were welcomed to the activities CEPAIM, in this school and in the CEIP Our Lady of Mount Carmel alguaceña the same population.

These activities of the Summer School in Alguazas CEPAIM 2013, developed 1 to July 26 and among those who have outstanding crafts, sports and leisure practices, experiments and various proposals concerning mythology, have been considered as a reward for effort and youth work program participants.

Under this set of sporting and leisure offerings, the Department of Education alguaceño Consistory has also made available under the facilities of the Municipal Pool, where they could enjoy water activities with the frequency of one day a week.

School Booster Program for teens Alguazas

Also CEPAIM continues this summer holidays with the School Building Programme for secondary students of IES Villa Alguazas, participating in this experience a total of 14 adolescents.

This program is primarily responsibility extend educational support in different subjects working with students who previously Primary and took part in the study groups taught by the Foundation attended and under the firm intention not to abandon these children when promoting Primary to secondary, thus ensuring they continue to receive the support necessary to advance school subjects.
