The Department of Culture Alguazas City Council has organized a trip for next Saturday 25 and Sunday April 26 to Salamanca, Avila and Alba de Tormes.
This proposal is made in programming the "Book Day 2015" of the municipality, which this year is dedicated to the commemoration of the fifth centenary of the birth of Saint Teresa.
Alguazas The expedition will leave Saturday and spend the day in Salamanca, including night.
There, accompanied by an official guide, visit emblematic sites of the city as the Cathedral and the University.
On Sunday alguaceños depart Alba de Tormes, the latter the tour will come in the convent of Discalced Carmelite mothers where the remains of Santa Teresa.
Later they will travel to Avila, where they will enjoy a guided tour of the city and a meal at the "Hotel Palacio de los Velada" restaurant.
The trip costs 130 euros and includes accommodation Saturday night in "Hotel Catalonia" four stars in the Plaza Mayor in Salamanca on half board, bus transportation, travel insurance, and accompanying official guides.
The output is fixed at 7 pm on Saturday, while the return trip will be on Sunday after eating at Avila.
With a limit of 52 seats, the registration period is now open and can be formalized in the Municipal Library in 9-14 hours and 17-20 hours (phone 968 62 21 43).
"I encourage our neighbors to join this cultural journey and coexistence, which know a little more about these lands of Castile and Leon on dates where the good weather will make it an unforgettable experience," says Councillor for Culture, Isabel Zamora.
