A total of 52 students from two years from the center alguaceño participated in this activity to celebrate the "Day of the Book"
Students of two years of the Infant School "Reina Sofia" Alguazas had last Wednesday, April 22 a very special morning.
And it is that small, on the occasion of the commemoration of the "Day of the Book", visited the Municipal Library in an outlet in which were accompanied by some educators and parents.
A total of 52 students enjoyed the stories Miriam had prepared, one of the mothers of the children, who also received the library card under the watchful eye of the mayor, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, and the Councillor for Culture and Education, Isabel Zamora.
After the visit, the young alguaceño returned to their center on the bus that was arranged for transportation back and forth.
This activity was part of the proposed by the Department of Culture Alguazas to celebrate the "Day of the Book" in the town, which this year is dedicated to the fifth anniversary of the birth of St. Teresa of Avila program.
The proposed actions come to an end during the first days of May, in which two more events will be held.
Friday 1 The popular journalist Paloma Gómez Borrero recite poems of Santa Teresa in the Parish Church San Onofre (20 hours), event with free admission until all places.
And on Tuesday, May 5 will present the awards of "Children's Painting Competition", aimed at students in 2nd and 3rd Primary with the central theme of the figure of Santa Teresa.
