Alguazas City Council, through its Department of Sports reports that starting next Thursday, May 14 you can book the new sports center of the town, located in the vicinity of City Hall and indoor heated pool.
This new sports art equipment that will allow other local infrastructure congestion and where they will be able to enjoy activities such as basketball, indoor football, handball and volleyball, was built with a grant of almost 100,000 euros from funds European LEADER.
"Bookings are made directly at City Hall and the rate for adults is 4 euros with natural light and artificial light 7 euros, while it will be free for all under 18," said the Councillor for Sports, Joaquin Lopez.
Thus, residents of Alguazas have at their disposal a gifted sports court, eg for basketball games, with two transverse fields.
Notably, at the technical level, the floor of this facility is innovative and this new track also has four lighting towers, parabalones networks and a rigid perimeter fence.
"It should be noted that one of the two sets of baskets basket is art and can be transported to be foldable and mobile, allowing use elsewhere to local sports events such as the 'Sports in the street,'" she says Lopez.
