The program called "Actions Guidance for Employment and Self Employment" better known as "OPEA", funded by the Department of Employment and Training CARM has allowed the Department of Employment and City Council undertake training to develop these actions Alguazas over the months of November, December 2008, January and February 2009.

The guidance team has developed various activities so that the orientation sessions have been adjusting to the dates, calendar and schedule of each of the potential beneficiaries, to ensure the reconciliation of their special obligations to the timetables for carrying out more effective individualized orientation by offering its users:

Advice for self-knowledge and position in the labor market.

Information about the world of work and ways to access it.

Customized itineraries for insertion.

Advice on Job Search Techniques.

Support in finding employment.

Information on training and employment.

This service has provided participants with techniques and strategies to address the particular situation of each user in the most efficient and successful as possible.

The total number of people who have applied to participate in the program has been 109, of which 99 have used the counseling service to receive individual attention (computerized register of the Employment Service and Training in the Region of Murcia) and integrated in the various activities covered by the program.

Even having been raised a maximum number of attendees (69 people) have been about 140-145 people who, for various reasons, have had some kind of consulting the Advisory Service for Employment integrated into the Department of Employment and Training Hall of Alguazas.

Therefore, the fundamental mission of our program has resulted in the "development and effective management, with criteria of quality, professionalism and proximity to the needs of their users through the Counselling Service for the Job Placement and Training Service Employment (SEF) has been implemented in the City of Alguazas, with the priority of our actions a satisfactory and lasting employability of unemployed persons in the municipality of Alguazas. "
