The Department of Culture of the City of Alguazas celebrated the day reading the book about the residents of Alguazas.
To do this, we have installed a stand in which books and pots have been distributed to all those who have read a few paragraphs from a book.
The two areas where you install the weekly market has been the chosen location for the largest possible number of people came to the area of distribution of books and flowers set up for the occasion.
"We try to read out to the street, as there are certain sectors that do not have the habit of visiting the public library service to enjoy the books that we have and with this initiative we read to your doorstep," said the Councillor for Culture Isabel Zamora.
Distributed books have been donated by the Ministry of Culture of the Autonomous Community of Murcia and the Municipal Library of the village, who has donated duplicate titles.
The almost five hundred residents who have approached for his book and his pot had to read part of any of the books on display for the occasion.
"It's a very nice initiative.
The pot is for me to decorate my house, and the book I'm going to give to my son, "said an assistant.
