The Tower of the Bishop of The Spot hosts from last Sunday's exhibition of paintings "Alguazas: Ribera Illuminated" by the painter Emilio Villaescusa.
The exhibition has been opened by the Councillor for Culture, Isabel Zamora.
The exhibition is located in the exhibition hall of the Torre Fortaleza and includes a large number of paintings by Emilio Villaescusa.
The author's intention with these works has been to reflect the magic of the landscape alguaceño.
The theme of his work revolves around around Alguazas, their parishes and their people.
Villaescusa said that this exhibition is the result of "the experiences emerged against this landscape full of vital energy works, works that proclaim high aesthetic of our surroundings, near and far at once, for most of Murcia."
The exhibition is open until Sunday November 8.
Visiting hours are Friday and Saturday from 15:30 to 18:30 and Sundays and holidays from 11:30 to 13:00 in the morning and from 15:30 to 18:30 in the afternoon.
