Last Friday, October 16, the secondary school in Vega Media hosted an event which commemorated the twenty-five years after its creation.
The Director General of Vocational and Adult Education, Joaquín Buendía, Councillor for Youth and the City of Alguazas, Alicia Parejo, attended the celebration of this anniversary, which was chaired by Maria Jose Martinez, president of the cooperative Vega CES Media.
During the event speaking on behalf of former teachers and founders of the center, José María Hernández Palazón, who recalled the beginnings of the cooperative in 1984.
Then, speaking Francisco Vicente Benavente, a former student of the center, who recalled the good times he lived in his time as a student.
The event was entertained by a magician and the end of it was given a cocktail reception to attendees.
The Center for Media Studies teaches Vega Side High School, various vocational training programs and vocational courses and degree courses.
