Fifteen students have received certificates attesting to their attendance at the course of New Advanced Information Technologies, which has been organized by the Department of Employment and Training Alguazas City Council.
The diploma ceremony took place in the Hall of Free Access Library Alguazas and he has attended the Councillor for Employment and Training, Isabel Zamora.
The course is intended primarily for active workers.
Specifically, 10 students, 60% are employees and five students are unemployed.
The course duration was 50 hours, which were developed from 21 September to 26 October.
The course content consisted of basic computer concepts mostly Office Suite, Windows and the Internet.
The aim is to increase competitiveness and facilitate the retraining of workers, on the one hand, and achieve reintegration into the labor market of the unemployed, on the other.
During the closing ceremony of the course, Isabel Zamora explained that in 2009 Alguazas City Council has decided to increase its range of training and it has organized six training courses free of charge.
Two of these courses have been aimed, primarily, for active workers.
Course swallows' Protocol for secretary "for 12 students and the course 'New Information Technologies Advanced' targets 15 students who have been subsidized by the Tripartite Foundation and the European Social Fund.
In both courses, 60% of students have been workers and 40% were unemployed.
The other four courses are aimed at unemployed.
If the course is 'Geriatric' for 15 students and funded by the Employment Service and Training or the course of 'home help', funded by the Institute for Women.
Also of course 'Assistant Leisure and Recreation' aimed at young people aged between 16 and 30 years and funded by the Youth Institute and the course 'Plumbing Installer' for 15 students and funded by the SEF.
