Alguazas, as every year, celebrated the Feast of the Immaculate Conception and it has coincided with the feast of the Immaculate Conception.
The events began last Friday, December 4, with a Triduum in honor of the Virgin, officiated at the Church of San Onofre, which was repeated on Saturday and Sunday.
On Monday hundreds of alguaceños, of all ages participated in an offering of flowers to the Immaculate Conception.
The offering took place in San Onofre's Church during a Mass celebrated by the pastor Jesús Rubio Belmonte and attended among others, the mayor of Alguazas, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, and the councilor of Celebration, Silvia Ruiz.

The main day of this holiday of the Immaculate, how could it be otherwise, was on 8 December, the feast of the Immaculate Conception, and alguaceños have celebrated with a Mass in honor of Our Lady and a procession through the main streets of the town.
The Immaculate Conception Church left the San Onofre, which has been his home for the holidays, and went through some streets of the town, accompanied by hundreds of alguaceños and some members of the municipal corporation, to reach the chapel, there was greeted with applause by residents, who were waiting.
