The City Council and MicroBank Alguazas 'La Caixa' renewed in 2010, the collaboration agreement, both parties and signed last year, to facilitate the granting of loans to entrepreneurs in the municipality.
The objective of this agreement is that both entities work together to foster the financing and promotion of microenterprises and promoting self-employment.
And, these micro-credit, to finance projects directed towards individuals who promoted by their economic and social conditions may have difficulties accessing traditional bank financing.
Loans can be for the creation of a microenterprise or consolidation and extension of it.
In the first case the maximum amount of microcredit will be 15,000 euros to return in 60 months, while in the second case can be granted a maximum of 25,000 euros to return in 60 months or 84 for those who request it.
The interest rate in both cases be the minimum interest rate set at all times by MicroBank depending on the nature of the operation and the applicant.
The first step to access these loans is to present the Business Plan in the Local Development Agency Alguazas City Council, which will be responsible for analyzing the feasibility of the project to gain access to financing conditions.
And one of the prerequisites for these micro-credit have a favorable feasibility report by the City of Alguazas.
MicroBank will ultimately consider the applications submitted and given final approval for granting loans.
