More than 30 schools across the Murcia Region have been re-appointment to Alguazas to participate in the Second Day of Qualifying Chess Championship Sports Promotion of the Region of Murcia Open category.

This championship is organized by the Directorate General of Sports in the Region of Murcia, in the School Sports Programme and has the support of the Chess Federation of the Region of Murcia.

On the second day in school participated Alguazas between 12 and 19 belonging to the categories of child and youth cadet.

The winners of this Phase II competed for the regional final to be played in Yecla on 27 February.
